Charles Steven Spicer, 60, of Kirkland, WA, passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2017. He was born May 13, 1956 in Great Falls, MT, the son of the late Charles N. and Edwina (Bertram) Spicer. Charles married Debra A. Castleberry on August 26, 2006. He was employed as a lineman for the telephone company 30 years. Charles enjoyed fishing, camping and Seahawks football. He is survived by his wife of 10 1/2 years; step-children, Lisa Balmert and Gary Balmert; four step-grandchildren, Jonathan Peterson, Alicia Peterson, Audrey and Kenzie Seratte; brother, Ron Spicer and a sister Sue (Daily).
A viewing will be held from 4-7 pm at Lifetime Celebrations by Washelli, Thursday, January 19, 2017 and a funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm, Friday January 20, 2017 at Lifetime Celebrations by Washelli, 18224 103rd Avenue NE, Bothell, WA. A Committal service will follow at 2:00 pm at Abbey View Memorial Park, 3601 Alaska Road, Brier, WA.
