Beloved husband and best friend to Sandy. Born June 2, 1924. Passed away on May 26, 2001. Longtime Merchant Marine, Retired. Retired from Stevedoring Services of America after 30 years of service. He was an 11- year member of Starr Sutherland Post # 227. Survived by his children Pam Anderson and husband Gerald, Christopher Hill and wife Jennifer, Larry Gilseth and wife Debbie, David Gilseth, Roberta Snell, Sharon Coup, Ron Waara and wife Linda, 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 3, 2001 at 1PM, Evergreen-Washelli Chapel, 11111 Aurora Ave N., Seattle. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Children in Youth, 11th District, C/O John Swan.
