Born in West De Pere Wisconsin; passed away in Shoreline WA at age 97. Veteran, US Army WWII, Cliff was active in the Elks, Shriners, Masons, the Sons of Norway, and owner of Barlament & Son Trucking Inc. Preceded in death by loving wife, Nora, he is survived by his son, Noel Barlament and a daughter, Linda Godwin; grandchildren, Rick (& wife Meg) and Scott Barlament; great-grandchildren, Alyx & Jaxon Barlament, Jake, Dakota & Gracie Barlament, and Nathan & Hailey Frank. Cliff is also survived by his beloved daughter-in-law, Maggie Barlament. Maggie was his primary care-taker, visiting him up-to 4 times a week for the past 5 years. She would help him look his best and get a haircut on the days there were dances. She always made sure Cliff was taken care of.
