

Clifford attended high school in Seattle Wa, at Cleveland High School. Graduating on to community college at Seattle Central Community College. Continuing on with his education and growing in his faith as a Deacon in the church, Clifford graduated from A. L Hardy Academy with a Masters in Theology. He contributed thirty-two years to his career with the City of Seattle. Clifford enjoyed traveling the world with wife Overseer Alice McCloud and fellowshiping with the church community.
Clifford is survived by his wife, Overseer Alice Fay McCloud, Daughter Stacy McCloud, Son Clifford Jamont McCloud, Stepdaughters: Candy Collins (Wallace), Patrica Johnson (Randy) and Barbra Bibins, Stepsons: Terry Griffin and Perry Joshua (Annetonique). Four brothers: Richard Blackwell (Cecilia), Freddie McCloud, Leonard McCloud and Robert Hopkins and best friend, but more like a brother Audrey Smith (MeLand). In-laws Shirly Wisemen, Janice Turner (Clarence) and Ronnie Caldwell. 15 Grandchildren, 18 Great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, friends and a great many sons and daughters in the ministry.
He is preceded in death by his father and mother Chester and Lillie Jean McCloud, Step sons Anthony Young and Keith Brian Davis.
