David Lyn Sloniker, 56, of Seattle, Washington, passed away on November 29, 2013. He was born in Tacoma, Washington on July 2, 1957. David graduated from Evergreen High School in 1977. He served 13 honorable years in the United States Army and later had a career as an assembler for the Red Dot Corporation. David was a member of the NRA, Major League Baseball Club, and had a passion for trains. He is survived by his father Earl Sloniker; brothers Donn Sloniker, Tim Sloniker, Terry Sloniker, and Dan Sloniker; sisters Verl (Sloniker) Jensen and Laura (Sloniker) Santos. David is preceded in death by his mother Vernia Grace (Coole) Schraum and step father Robert Schraum. A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
