Debra Anne Skouge, 64, of Kenmore, passed away on Saturday, November 7, 2015. She was born August 16, 1951 in Key West, FL, the daughter of John Donald and Mary Ellen (Arnot) Rockafellow. Debra married Richard R. Rick Skouge, Jr. on June 4, 1966 in Idaho. He preceded her in death on November 5, 2006. She was employed at Premera for over 30 years. Debra liked cooking, camping in her trailer, reading, gardening, and playing slot machines in Las Vegas. She loved her family. Debra is survived by her daughter, Lori Reed; son, Mike Skouge; six grandchildren, Cody, Andrew, Terra, Kiersten, Kiara and Alicia; three great-grandchildren, Taylorae, Paetyn, Ryder and a fourth, Annmari on the way; her mother; two brothers, John and Frank Rockafellow and sister, Barb Lynn, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, stepfather, Francis, and her older sister, Cheryl.
