It has been 1 years since you left us all.  I still think about you everyday. I miss your smiling face and you warm comforting hugs.

Derrick loved a good BBQ,  Loved life, Loved food, and Loved bringing people together! 💜

Derrick was always a kind, Gentle soul..and very smart..he is greatly missed..I am sure in the after life..he will be just as great a people person as he was here with us.

Derrick was a big dude with a big heart. Whenever we met it was like the brightest day of his life, and we never parted ways without a hug.

I'm gonna miss you my friend, and I'll try to keep the best parts of you alive in me.


Derrick, I'm gonna miss you. Thank you for all the times you listened to me when times were tough. I'm gonna miss your snark, your witty banter, your love of movies (especially around Halloween) and your generous, kind heart. Thank you for being my friend.

It was a pleasure getting to know you and working with you. 

I had the pleasure of working with Derrick at Comcast. He had started helping out in the area that I routed in. He was always friendly and funny. Everyone at Comcast who knew him will miss him. Rest easy bud!

I worked with Derrick at Comcast, we routed together several times.  He was a happy, loving, kind man always willing to help.
We discussed our cooking skills all day when working together and he taught me  the art of sous vide cooking.  He will be missed.
RIP Derrick.

Derrick was a good friend and we were glad when he joined us for bowling or bad movie nights or even at our wedding. I'm very sorry for this loss and will really miss his gentle smile and humor.

A photo of Derrick and some friends from the Vogue days in the early 2000s. Derrick was an amazing, imaginative, and kind hearted man, and the most skilled D&D miniature painter I've ever known. The world has suffered a huge loss from his passing. He will be deeply missed, and fondly remembered.

You're one of the best people I've ever had the pleasure to meet and get to know.  I always enjoyed gaming with you, spending time with you, and working the odd shift at The Vogue with you.  Thank you for all you shared and taught me over the years, even when we were butting heads.  You were like family to me and I'll remember you always.

My brother Titan, I can't believe you're gone... you were there since the beginning of the Browncloaks, one of the very first people I joined the SCA with. Give a hug to Nat and Captain Skull, let em know we'll see you all again one day.

Derrick was an amazing person. He was always a friendly face at our annual neighborhood BBQ's. I am glad I could be apart of your life, you were such a gental, loving, and caring person.  I will miss your bear hugs, you laugh, and your kindness.

I had the distinct pleasure of having Derrick report to me at Comcast. What a great man - loved his personality and all that he brought to the team. 
I am so grateful for the time we got to spend together but he was taken way too early in life. Derrick, you will be missed!

I met Derrick when I was a young child at 
an SCA event. He was always a bright light to all that met him, I cannot believe he has left this world. Sometimes I can feel his presence still spending time looking over me. I miss and love him so much. Rest in peace Titan
