Donald Floyd Paggeot Sr. was born March 24, 1929 in Seattle, WA. He entered the United States Navy in October 1948 and served for 4 years. Don was honorably discharged in 1952. Don met the love of his life, Dawn, through his association with the Order of DeMolay and her association with the Order of the Rainbow. In 1953, Don married Dawn and they had their son Don Jr. in 1954.
Throughout their life, they enjoyed traveling overseas and delighted in using their beach house and boat in Shelton, as well as their airplane at Paine Field in Everett. In 1968, they moved to Lake Forest Park. Don worked as an engineer for the Boeing Company while Dawn was a professional Harpist. They both retired in 1994.
Don is survived by his son Don Jr. His wife Dawn preceded him in death.
Don and Dawn were members of University Presbyterian Church since 1986 and shared in the strength their faith gave them. God called Don Home on January 2, 2023. He will be buried at Mt. Tahoma Veterans Cemetery in Kent, WA at a private graveside.
