Born in 1953 in Bellilngham, WA, Einar received his Bachelor's of Arts in Economics from the University of Washington. He enjoyed his years as a member of the Husky Marching Band. UW is where he found his soul mate and partner for life at the age of 18, Genelle, whom he married 5 years later. Together they had three beautiful children. Einar was a career postal carrier for the Everett Post Office. Einar loved gardening, hunting for antiques, baking and playing cards of any kind.
Einar is survived by his wife of 32 years, Genelle Nyhus; two sons and a daughter, Chris, Curtis and Chelsea Nyhus; two daughter-in-laws, Sarah and Stephanie Nyhus; 5 grandchildren, Joe, James, Tollian, Ava and Ronin; his father-in-law and mother-in-law Ed and Lil Taylor; his sister, Mary Ensman; his sister-in-law Natalie Sienkiewicz; three brothers-in-law, Colby Sienkiewicz, Ed Taylor and Ralph Taylor. Einar's extended family includes many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Einar was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Olive and his brother Tom.
