Eligio Lopez Dulay, Jr was born in Manila, Philippines on February 16, 1938 and passed away peacefully on March 14, 2010. He is survived by his daughter Maria (Mike), son Anthony (Jerimy) and son Elmer (Melissa) and the light of his life, his grandchildren Mason, Kayla and Jackson and the love of his life Amelia Dulay. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eligio Lopez Sr and Catalina Dulay.
Eligio served in the US Navy for 24 years and retired as a Senior Chief when he began a 15 year career for the IRS. Eligio has been a volunteer Citizen Patrol Officer for the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office for the past 2 years. He is also an active member of the community including: Former President of the Filipino American Association of North Puget Sound, lifetime member of the Filipino American Military Retired Association of Washington, lifetime member of Masonic Park at Granite Falls, member of Wannabe Dance Group of Filipino American Association, and Worshipful Master-Elect at Masonic Temple Blue Lodge in Dec 1998.
