ELVIRA O. MENDOZA, passed away December 2, 2001 at her home in Seattle. She was born February 21, 1916 in Mexico City, Mexico, the daughter of Fransisco and Maria Luisa Mendoza. Elvira is survived by her daughter Maria Luisa Angel Orozco; grandchildren Angel Jr., Frank, Daniel, Tony, and Alex Orozco; 5 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
