Emilia M. Domingo, 91, went to be with the Lord June 8, 2011. She was born July 19, 1919 in Echague, Isabela, Philippines. She was a long time resident of Seattle and Everett. She is survived by her brother Agustin Barroga and wife Isabel, brother Rudy Barroga and wife Maria, sister-in-law Victoria Garma, sons Elias Jr., Ruben, Ernesto, Ray, Fred, Jany, daughters Helen Buccat and Nita Bagaoisan, seventeen grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren and numerous relatives.
