Born to Emilie and Gustav Kunn in Tartu,Estonia he was the eldest of 4 children (brothers Meinhard and Valdur deceased). He left Estonia after WWII and lived in Germany for 2yrs and then went to Canada where he worked as a gold miner in
Bissett,MB. From there went to Toronto,ON and worked in a bakery. Later met his Latvian wife Lydia Lukins of 45 yrs. They moved to Trenton,NJ in the late 50's and he worked as a printer. A resident of Tacoma since 1963 he worked for United Pacific Insurance Co.,in the printing dept, till his retirement in 1988. He is survived in Estonia by his sister Salme, sister in law Elvi (and son Ailar) and his nephew Paul Kirsfelds of Seattle.
