Of Bothell, Washington, died January 14, 2004 in her home at Bothell Park Manor. She was born in Jerome, Idaho, July 4, 1915 to Kenneth and Frances J. Annett. She was reared and attended schools in the Magic Valley area, graduating from Jerome High School in 1933. She graduated from Henager Business School in Salt Lake City, Utah. She married G. Paul Smith of Jerome, July 3, 1934, in Elko, Nevada. They moved to Salt Lake City where she worked as bookkeeper for Seper Neon Sign Co. They returned to Jerome in 1935 where they raised their four children. She was a member of the Catholic Women?s League at St. Jerome Church. They moved to Casa Grande, Arizona in 1964 and returned to Nampa, Idaho in 1967. She was a member of the Catholic Women's League at St. Paul Parish in Nampa. She was also a member of St. Bernadette?s Circle and later joined St. Ann?s Circle. She was a pink lady for a few years at Mercy Medical Center in Nampa and a volunteer at R.S.V.P. Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her husband, March 27, 1985, and by her sister Margurite Rockwell, March 1996. She is survived by her children: Patricia R. Smith, Bothell, WA; Trudy A. Bell of Laguna Niguel, CA., Kay F. Bennett Mark of Cappell, TX, and G. Paul Smith, Jr. Gayle. Priest River, ID; a niece, 7 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. Private family committal, Jerome Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the Hospice program at Evergreen Medical Center, Kirkland, WA 98034.
