Please accept my sincerest condolences on the loss of your beloved, Frances. I pray you will find comfort in the promises from our Creator when he states, 'Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out (John 5:28, 29). This is a guarantee from God that soon we will be with our loved ones in the resurrection.

I had the great privilege of working with Frances for several years.  She was a delightful person and I learned so much from her.  She was so smart and so detailed in her work, she was inspiring to me in my work.  She had a lasting impact on many of us who had the honor to collaborate with her.  

Frances was the best lead I've ever worked for and a great lady, who I will miss.

My memories of Frances start early in my life, and are very vivid. I remember our road trip to Disneyland and her exuberant piano-playing the most. I'll also never forget the amazing sponge-like quality of her mind, and the copious quantity of information stored there. I've never met anyone quite like her, and this world won't be the same without her... Much love to you, Dick and Susan.

Frances was my first niece,and we always had a laughter-filled relationship,and stayed in touch over the years of her life.If we visited Seattle,we always had a room at "Phelps' Manor".She and Dick attended our wedding,and visited us several times in Massachusetts.She had stories galore about their cruises,and we so enjoyed her and Dick.She will be dearly missed,but always in our hearts and memories.May God's peace and comfort be with her family and friends.

Chocolate Pudding with Sprinkles! All of our family will miss you. When we see you again we will expect the detailed, fact filled guided tour. Until then My Dear we will cherish Dick and Susan and remember you every time we have chocolate pudding with sprinkles. xoxo Kim

Unlce Dick and Susan, we think of you both and wish you our deepest sympathy. We will miss Frances so much as you all have been such a big part of our family, nice people and always there to help and lend a hand. Will miss Frances with her culinary enthusiasm she brought to us from all around the world and the culinary family functions we all shared together and her quick wit. We always loved how she could bring Terry back to reality. It's hard to think of a day w/out her, although she will always live within us and I think of her now in peace without pain.

I think that Frances had a very quick and wonderful mind. She was well informed and had tremendous recall.  I loved her enthusiasm and her joy of life and her eagerness to always try new and exciting adventures.  We loved our "Cruise ship " get togethers and they have lasted for close to 14 years and sadly this is our third death. I will always miss you Frances.  Love, Jamie Larsenoverlaps

I have never met a lady like Frances.  She grabbed life by the tail, enjoyed all that it had to offer, and fought like the devil to never let go.  She was always there when you needed her.  She was a true and loyal friend that will always hold a place in my heart.  I'll miss her.

The world has lost a beautiful woman and my cousin, who I have admired and looked up to since I was 9 years old. My prayers to Dick and Susan.
