Francis "Roy" Rowland, 89, passed away Sunday August 31st, 2014 in Seattle, WA. He was born October 20th, 1924, in Tieton, WA to Earcle & Lela Rowland. Roy enjoyed a 20 plus year career in the U.S. Army, and he will be forever missed by many friends and family, including his wife Hisae, and two daughters Kay (Lynn) and Judy (Bill). May he rest in peace.
