When I received the call at 5 am that he had passed it came as no real surprise ,I had been with him the day before and could tell his time was near .But I had the peace in knowing that he was leaving this place on his own terms and he was looking forward to being with God in heaven .Having championed many causes with Frank with regards to his health ,his care and housing over the last few years this is the last journey we had together .”
