Frank seemed to know something about everything. 
Fascinating guy to talk to. 
I only had him as a neighbor for 2 years.

Supervisor  ( Coordinator  ) Frank Lowe was a Walking encyclopedia of Seattle Roads , and the ledgend of Atlantic Base electric trolley buses.  His favorite response to any operator ( Okay , we'll get right on that )  His unwavering calmness would always put an operator at ease regardless of any situation.   I will always remember him as the greatest mentor and leader during my tenure at King County Metro Transit as the icon on the Metro airwaves that guided and taught so many Metro Operators.  May the force always be with you Frank , you indeed made a difference.
