Frederick J. Bowman passed away peacefully in Seattle, Washington on October 15, 2017. He was born October 30, 1943 in Ontario, Oregon. He is survived by his beloved wife of 31 years Adelaida, as well as many other friends and family members. A viewing will be held on Friday October 20, 2017 from 4:00pm-8:00pm, and funeral service on Saturday October 21, 2017 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Evergreen Washelli Funeral Home.
