Age 60. Born Sept. 12, 1943. Passed away July 19, 2004 in Seattle, WA. Longshoreman for ILWU Local #19 for 37 years. Gerald was a Seafair Pirate, loved to fish and enjoyed the scenic views of Puget Sound. Survived by his wife Kris Tanner; son Gerald ?Junie? Tanner, Jr; brother Rodney Lynda Tanner; sister Beatrice Byrd, many nieces and nephews. Memorial service Sat. July 24th, 2004 12:00pm at Evergreen-Washelli Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made at any U.S. Bank Branch~under Gerald "Junie" Tanner, Jr.'s name.
