83, passed away May 21, 2004. Helen was born March 15, 1921, grew up in Cowiche, Washington where she graduated from high school. She and her husband Howard pastored, United Pentecostal churches in British Columbia, Idaho and Seattle, where she had been a long time resident, and resident of Puyallup for the past seven years.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Reverend H.O. West in January, 1993; sister Carol Babb and brother David Swier. She is survived by four children, Sharon Dwayne Werner, Linda West, Stan Lesley West, Phil Sandra West; twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren; three sisters, Ruth Anderson, Betty Bailey, Dorcas Tobin, and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Sunday, May 23, 2004 at Evergreen-Washelli Funeral Home from 3pm to 6pm and Monday from 9am to 10:30am. Graveside services will follow at 11:00am, Monday, May 24 in Evergreen-Washelli Cemetery, Seattle.
