Hiromi was born on October 22, 1973, in Osaka, Japan, to Kinya and Hiroko (Nishikawa). She had been a resident of Bothell for six years.
On August 15, 1999, she married Riku Kyomiya. Although they did not have any children, Hiromi's life was rich with her love for reading, traveling, and learning foreign languages such as Mandarin and English. She cherished exploring different cultures, enjoying outdoor life, local food, and customs.
Hiromi received her Bachelor of Science degree in Literature from China’s Capital Normal University in 2003. She was known for her quick wit, infectious smile, and kind, compassionate spirit.
Hiromi is survived by her devoted husband, Riku Kyomiya; her mother, Hiroko; her sister, Yasuko; and her niece, Katsuki. She was preceded in death by her father, Kinya.
The family will be holding private services for Hiromi.
