Born July 10, 1937 in Albuquerque, NM; passed away May 27, 2003 in Seattle at age 65. Jack was raised in Canton, OH; graduated from Columbia University, the University of Washington Law School, and held a private law practice for 25 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Lois F. Ackerman; sons, James Teresa Salskov and Thomas; daughter, May; granddaughter, Josephine May; brother, William; sisters, Cynthia Horne and Linda Hannon. At his request, no services. Memorials suggested to a charity of choice.
