

cancer in Lynnwood, WA. Jean was born on May 17, 1930, to the parents of Ira Titus and
Emma Licht. Jean married Bill on January 5, 1951, and enjoyed a long wonderful life
together. Jean and Bill loved to travel and took 29 cruises all over the world. She loved
gardening and was an excellent storyteller. Jean’s biggest passion was the Lynnwood
Emblem Club, where she served two terms as president, in addition to Washington State
Marshall three times. Jean was preceded in death by Bill (husband), John (son), Angell
(granddaughter), and Mark (grandson). Jean is survived by her daughter, Dianne
Eastman (Dale), her son, Tom Bigelow (Pam), and daughter-in-law, Barbara Bigelow
(John’s wife). Jean had 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. The family of Jean

A memorial service for Jean will be held Friday, September 29, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Evergreen Washelli Funeral Home, 11111 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, WA 98133. Following the memorial service will be a committal service at 12:15 PM at Evergreen Washelli Cemetery, 11111 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, WA 98133.
