Jeanne Marie Savage, age 51, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2023 in Seattle, WA. She was born in Niskayuna, New York on October 27, 1971 to Diane M. Bouchard of Schenectady, New York and the late William Savage. Jeanne has been a resident of Seattle for 6 years. Jeanne fell in love with the Seattle area after visiting her brother David who had lived here over 20 years and she was determined to move to Seattle when her former employer, Arthur Pasquariello, Esq. retired and closed his law practice. Jeanne had planned to continue her career as a paralegal in Seattle but when she couldn’t find a job right away, she took a temp position at Brooks Running. Jeanne absolutely loved Brooks, working her way up to become Retail Lead on the Runner Experience Team, and made many friends. She always referred to her co-workers as her “Brooks Family” and truly they were as they supported Jeanne through her cancer diagnosis, surgery, and treatments when her own family could not travel to be with her during the COVID-19 shutdowns.
In addition to her mother, Jeanne is survived by her children, Meaghan Savage of Omaha, Nebraska, Rayne Miller of Schenectady, New York and Quintin Hildreth of Seattle, Washington, her grandmother Marguerite (Peg) Broady of Albany, New York, her brothers, David Savage of Auburn, Washington, Christopher Savage (Contessa Gladd) of Watervliet, New York and Ryan Savage (Suzanne) of Schenectady, New York and her grandsons Shaun and Angelo. Jeanne also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and close friends both in New York and Washington.
