Jeffery Lee Skinner (Jeff) greatly loved father, husband, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend died Tuesday, May 12, 2026. He passed away peacefully in the presence of his family and friends. He will be missed every day by so many.
He wanted his son, Aaron, to know that he loved him dearly. That he was proud of the kind, loving, fine man that Aaron had become. A man who deeply loves his wife Sarah and son Abel. Jeff loved them all and always wanted the very best for them.
To his sisters, Leslie and Roni, he wanted to thank them for the love and support they always gave him and to tell them how much they meant to him.
To his brother, Tim, who he loves as only brothers love each other, he wanted to say he remembers the pact they made to get out of the hospital as quickly as possible when they both had shoulder surgery one after the other – good job brother!
To Elizabeth Stokely, known by all as Libbie, he would like to say how much he loved her, that she enriched many lives but especially his.
To Libbie’s Australian family – the Wrights, Susan and Graham, Libbie’s sister and brother-in-law, and to Kate, Freya, Emily and Tristan, thank you for all your love and affection.
He is very thankful to Crystol Lee for her care and affection particularly in his last days. He knew her to be a kind woman, and he truly appreciates all she did for him.
To Karen Lovell and Mike Reynolds, he thanks them for their friendship and support over the years. Mike, a special thanks for pushing him to get his personal papers in order.
There are many others that touched Jeff’s life and showed him love and friendship. He hopes they know how much they meant to him. Jeff is preceded in death by his son Kevin, his parents, Ray and Olga Skinner, former wife Shelley, the loving mother of his sons Aaron and Kevin, and his wife Libbie Stokley.
