Born Aug. 4th, 1931 in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. Passed away March 7, 2005 following a battle of cancer. Owen was a long time resident of Ballard. He served in the U.S. Air Force and the Korean War. He also worked as a construction engineer in Washington and Alaska. Owen is survived by his wife Alvil of 54 years, son Michael and daughter Debra, grandchildren Marina, Kimberly, Tracy, Galen and Griffin and also three great grandchildren.
