John was born March 25, 1939 to Margaret and John Tobin II in Albany, NY. He passed away unexpectedly just days after his 66th birthday. John lived in many cities across the US in his youth and adulthood; proudly serving in the United States Air Force from 1958-1966. He then began his long career as a dental lab technician and took great pride in his work. He finally settled in Woodinville in 1980 where he developed many lifelong friendships and acquaintances. He was an avid sports fan, history buff and loved a good party. He was charming, witty and proud of his Irish heritage. John is survived by his four children: John IV, Debbie Ivko Pejovic, Karen Royce Countryman, and Doug; five grandchildren, Valeri, Susie, Joseph, Daniel and Emily; his sister, Peggy and many nieces and nephews. He is pre-deceased by his parents and sisters, Mary and Shirley. We will miss him but take comfort in knowing that he is at peace. A memorial service will be held at Bothell Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 5 at 4:00pm - 18224 103rd Ave. NE, Bothell 425 486-1281. Internment will be held at Tahoma National Cemetery with full military honors.
