June Evelyn See

June passed quietly in her sleep on August 6, 2026. This is not surprising because most of her life was quiet. She was a quiet, reserved and loving mother and grandmother. She came from Canada after marrying Charles See in a modest ceremony and became a hard working and reliable legal secretary in the USA. Well known for her quiet and dry sense of humor she raised her daughters, Sylvia See and Jennifer Moldver (née See) with Charles in Everett, WA and later, Camano Island. Following her husband’s untimely death and her eventual retirement, she traveled the world on cruise ships before settling in Bellingham to spend time near family and grandchildren. Being a Nana was one of her greatest joys.

A lifelong learner, her final years were spent reading and watching PBS while following news and politics. After following all procedures to the letter, due to the ineptitude of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, she died an illegal alien. She had been a legal permanent resident for over 60 years. Her insights and quiet wisdom will be greatly missed. Aside from her daughters, she leaves behind 2 grandchildren, Kyle Moldver and Lauren Moldver and her son in law, Courtland Shafer.
