Karen Moreau, 69, passed away peacefully in Seattle, Washington on September 4, 2017. She was born June 25, 1948 in San Jose California. Karen enjoyed a career as an educator first in the Federal Way School District, then in 1995 she started working with her husband, Paul, in international schools. She taught 2 years in The Netherlands in Rotterdam, 4 years in Bangkok, Thailand, 4 years in Quito, Ecuador, she took one year off in Mexico, and then taught 8 more years in Taipei, Taiwan prior to retiring.
Karen is survived by her beloved husband Paul of Port Ludlow, Washington, her brother Ernie, in Traverse City, MI and her sister, Cathy, in Gilroy, CA. Thoughts and messages for Karen's family can be left by clicking the tributes tab just below her name.
