Katherine "Katie" Leigh Redding Stark

On April 2nd, Katie Stark, Beloved Partner, Daughter, Sister, and Friend passed away at the young age of 34. Katie was born in Merced, California where she went to elementary school and graduated with the class of 2007 at Golden Valley High School.

Katie lived in Washington State most of her adult life, and worked as the Learning and Development Program Manager at Amazon. Katie started with Amazon in 2017, where she flourished supporting and advising others. Katie was also working on her Masters in Project & Operations Management.

Katie was known for her infectious laugh, sense of humor, and her compassion for helping others. To summarize what could be a novel, you miss the experience, the emotion and passion. Katie was an adventure, full of life and love, and a cheerleader for the underdog. Her impact on this world will be everlasting. When you gazed into those green eyes, you could see the heavens, and know there was never another soul like her. Life took her in unexpected directions, but she always had a plan. By plan, she had a plan A, B, and C, and of course all of the backups all the way to Z. Nothing ever escaped the thought process of that beautiful mind. That's why even leaving our our physical world, her love and passion remain with us always.

Katie is preceeded in death by her Mom, Joanne Conley Redding.

Katie leaves behind a strong family, and amazing friends that vow to carry on her love for life.
