Kathryn "Kathy" Leanne Perkins, age 64, of Edmonds, Washington passed away on Friday November 22, 2019. Kathryn was born October 7, 1955 in Caldwell, Idaho.
Survived by her loving daughters, Livia Perkins and Maxianne Allsopp; cherished twin grandchildren, Madeline and Miles Callum; and her beloved sisters, Ricky O'Rourke and Jackie Patterson.
