Kathy Owens, 57, passed away, July 31, 2007, in Seattle, WA. She was born September 3, 1949 in Cincinnati, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Barb Wocher. She is survived by her husband, Terry Owens and many other family members and friends. Though she was an only child she was very close to her Aunt Marty Frost and her children. Kathy was best known for her fabulous cooking, which started when she owned the well known Dutch Treat Restaurant on Aurora. Visitation will be held at Evergreen-Washelli Funeral Home on Friday, August 10th from10 am to 8 pm. Funeral service will be held Saturday, August 11th at 12:00 pm in the Evergreen-Washelli Chapel 11111 Aurora Ave. N Seattle, WA 98133. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association.
