Kevin Thomas Olson

Kevin grew up in Kenmore and attended C.O. Sorenson and Woodinville High School in the North Shore School District. Throughout his school years, he touched many lives with his special outgoing personality, and he was especially close to his sister Kristin, and her friends. He loved outdoor activities especially if they included a trailer, boat, or a truck and looked forward to family trips to Disneyland, Lake Chelan, and Whidbey Island.

The past 16 years he lived in an apartment at Banchero Friends Services where he led an active social life and continued making lasting friendships. The many dedicated caregivers at Banchero became a second family to Kevin. Kevin met the many challenges he encountered with courage and humor to find happiness and share it with those around him. He worked at the Northwest Center and became involved in community activities in the Shoreline area.

Kevin is survived by his parents Tom & Pat Olson, his sister Kristin Estes, niece Jen Estes, uncle John Knighton (Sherrie), aunt Penny Shockey (Willard), and extended family members. He will be deeply missed and always in the hearts of people who knew him.
