The memorial service was wonderful and my thanks go to everyone who worked hard to make it special for Mom.  I have such heartfelt love and gratitude for the time that I was able to spend with Mom.  If there is e-mail in heaven, I Love You Mom...till we meet again!  Kandie

I had the pleasure to met Kitty Irene Sanders. She was a very loving and sweat woman.
Her kindness and love made me feel always welcome to her family.
My sincere sympathies for David Henshaw very loving Father, Mary,Deannie, Scott, Jeff , Marcy and Family.
My thoughs are with you. And in this moment, I would like to tell you that there is a better place that we all go one day. A place of rest, a place of peace. And one day, We will see each other again.  My love and thoughs are with you, may the Lord blessed you with peace and joy in your heart.

I could write volumes about the many life experiences with mom and the myriad of things she taught me, but at this moment the thoughts come in random flashes.  She was an incredible mother and needless to say I will miss her dearly.  As a family, we had some difficult decisions to make in her final days and we laughed together at the thought of her pulling out of her illness and discovering some things we did.  If there is email in Heaven, we may yet get an earful.  Her funeral service is but hours away, and I only hope I can give due honor to her memory and share my love for her one last time in this, her final chapter.

My Grandmother was one of the strongest, loving and the  most caring woman I will ever have the honor of knowing.  She has touched my life in so many ways and been such a influential person.  I hope that I can pass a small amount of her goodness onto my own children.  Her legacy will live on forever in her loved one and their loved ones.
May god watch over my Grandma and Grandpa as they are joined again in heaven.

my grandma was a great person and i think she had a very good life!! i also think she was one of the best cooks ever, specially at making choclate gravy,biskets, and lots  of other things. she was a very thoughtfull person. i loved her very much.  its really weird because she died after v- day and my grandfather died on v-day. It stinks that my grandma died but i'm glad that she's in a better place in heaven.  

Aunt Jo was loved by all and will be deeply missed.  My sincere condolences for the family. May we all find the peace we search for.  Love You.

You have been my only Mother for the past 11 years, and you always loved me like I was one of your own  daughters. I respected your strong family values and the strength and courage it often took to watch over our family.  I have learned from you how wonderful it is to be in love with you son, Bobby and how very important it is to love and watch over our children carefully.  I thank-you for this valuable lesson that I will never forget and will pass on to our children. I love you mom and will see you again one day.

Dearest of mothers-in-law, thank you for the gift of your son, David.  The life lessons you taught me will never be forgotten.  If it's true that "death is that state in which one's only existence is in the memory of others", rest assured your memory will live in me always.

Thank you for taking the time to visit your great grand-daughter, Olivia, after her birth.  It is important to us that she grows up with a strong sense of family, and you contributed greatly to that.

Our "Tree of Family" and friends will miss one of our favorite foundation of Harris women.  She will be missed.  We have wonderful memories, and time will not fade them.  Please know that we care for you all and feel your sorrow.  We wish you all Love and Peace in the knowledge that she loved you all so much.

In all these years, I never did figure out why we called you "Jo."  While I can't claim to have known you as closely as some others, I always admired your strength and courage in life.
