Memorial service Saturday, November 22, 2003, at 3 p.m. at The Ohio Masonic Home, Hillman Manor building Chapel, 2655 West National Rd., Springfield, Ohio.

Born April 3, 1947 in Huntington, Indiana. Died October 23, 2003 in Seattle, Washington. Springfield resident from 1963 through 1976. Graduated from Springfield North High School, class of '65. Taught home economics to middle schoolers in New Carlisle in the early '70s. Survived by her husband, Michael M. Allen; mother, Betty Eckels; brothers, Jonathan Jane Eckels and Nathan Penny Eckels and many relatives and friends.
