Lew served in the Army for 2 years during WWII and then served 25 years in the Seattle Fire Department at Station #9. Lew was an active outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing, as well as camping most summers on San Juan Island. An avid lawn bowler, Lew was recognized as a local, regional and national champion.
Lew is preceded in death by his wife, Joy Donna Storm. He is survived by his daughter, Donna Wisenburg, son, Gary Storm (Jolynn Woodbury), grandchildren, Tracy Martin and Scott Wisenburg, and two great-grandsons, Ross and Max Martin.
