

Lila Jane Borger Bundick has passed after dealing with multiple medical issues over a long period. She was an avid reader and painted watercolors later in life. She loved restaurants with a water view and the Pike Place Market in Seattle.
Lila was born in Palmerton, Pennsylvania to Earl Borger and B. Lillian Borger (Andrews). She lived in Aquashicola (Pennsylvania Dutch country/Poconos) until she finished high school. She was recruited and moved to Philadelphia as a telephone operator, where she met her husband, Paul W. Bundick. They were married after 3 months of dating in 1956, until his death in 1996. Paul served in the Air Force (later civil service), and they spent many years raising a family and moving for his job including stops in Florida, New Hampshire, Hawaii, California, Illinois, Washington, Maryland, Georgia and a stay overseas in Turkey.
Upon Paul’s retirement they settled in Florida prior to Lila moving to Washington after Paul passed away. Lila is survived by her four children: Carol O’Hara (Eric Ortiz), Charles Bundick, Michael Bundick and Joanne Lentz (Steven), 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and plus her 3 siblings-Cora Lee Woodworth (Roger), Mary Lou Pisconcik (Stanislav) and Douglas Borger (Brenda).
