Lois Katherine Phair

Lois Katherine Phair Lois Katherine Phair was born in Niagara Falls, New York to Audrey Mae Aitchison and Peter Joseph Previte. Lois accepted the Lord as her personal savior. She was called home to Jesus on August 8, 2024.

Lois grew up in Buffalo, New York and was the oldest of 3 girls; Patti, Cindy and Danielle. She moved with her mother and siblings to Canada and then relocated to Seattle. She graduated from Marysville Pillchuck High School and was always on the honor role. Lois worked and retired from Shorecrest High School in the Shoreline School District.

In 1974, Lois had 1 beautiful child, Alisa from her 1st marriage to Billy Joe Carter. Lois married Stan Phair in 1979. Together, they raised Alisa as well as 2 more beautiful daughters, Nicole and Christina. Lois’s became a bonus mom to beautiful daughters Lisa and Virginia (Gin Gin) Phair. They became a beautiful blended family. Lois loved gardening and spending time with her family at the “family” cookouts and the holidays. She loved to cook and was known for her famous “oyster dressing”, and the Pig Pickens Cake.

Lois was there for her children and grandchildren. She stood in the gap and loved and helped them throughout the years.

Lois had a very compassionate heart for people, enjoyed camping at Deception Pass and loved the outdoors and every aspect of life. Lois loved the Lord. Lois was baptized at Freedom Church of Seattle by Pastor Zachary K. Bruce, Sr. That was a very special moment in Lois’s heart as her relationship with God was very important.

Lois is preceded in death by parents, Audrey Mae Aitchison and Peter Joseph Previte, sister Cindy Toews, daughter Alisa Duncan, and grandson Anthony Bordon.

Lois leaves to cherish her beautiful memory, Stan Phair, daughters, Lisa Phair, Nicole Phair, Christina Phair, and Virginia Phair, all of Seattle. Sisters, Danielle Gotell (Jaydee), and Patti Previte; Grandchildren, Monique Phair, Alex Hashimoto, Domenique Duncan, Ajenique Duncan, Myra Phair, Mike Phair, and a host of extended family and friends.

Lois you will always be loved and we are going to miss you dearly, but we know God loves you best. Know your family holds you close in our hearts forever. We love you.

A Celebration of Life for Lois will be held Saturday, September 7, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Evergreen Washelli Funeral, 11111 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, WA 98133, followed by a reception from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM.
