Margaret Elaine Chapman went to meet the Lord on Monday, December 7, 2009 at Virginia Mason Hospital after a short battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her family and died peacefully. Margaret was born on September 10, 1927 in Crookston, Minnesota to Alex and Anna Lundeberg. She was a positive cheerful person who was very proud of her Norwegian heritage. She leaves behind her husband, Amos; three daughters, Sue (Rick) Klemm, Becky (Jim) Forsyth and Pam Jacobson. She will be missed by her brother, Dr. Kenneth (Jan) Lundeberg; sister, Corrine Balke; sister-in-law, Luverne Lundeberg and many other relatives and friends. She was a wonderful grandmother to seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was affectionately known to her grandchildren as Grandma Sweetie Pie. Her memorial service will be December 23 at 1:00 p.m., at Trinity Lutheran Church. Memorials may be given to Trinity Lutheran Church, Lynnwood, WA or to a charity of your choice.
