Ruth Kataoka was a Wonderful, Sweet friend of mine. She was adventurous, kind, direct, and an Amazing Lady. She introduced me to real Japanese food, and the Beautiful Japanese gardens in Seattle, WA. She also took me to Hurricane Ridge, WA, and we did a little hiking there as well!! 

Ruth was an Amazing person, and a Wonderful inspiration to me. I would keep in touch with her over the years, and visit her when in Seattle. Her strong spirit and Amazing soul was the strength that kept her going, even in her latter years of her life. I hope that I can be like her, and follow her inspiring example in my later years of life. 

Ruth, you are an Amazing lady. I love you and have the utmost respect for you and your family. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your life.
