Mark Stanley of McCleary, Washington, passed peacefully on Wednesday, December 27, 2023.
Mark was a brother, an uncle, a friend, a caregiver, an avid New Yorker reader, and a truly wonderful person. Mark spent his life in the service of others and gave everyone he knew his best, always.
Mark had a wonderful sense of humor, a smile that lit up a room, a contagious laugh, and was an excellent baker. (The pies were of particular note!) Anyone who knew Mark knew that they were in the presence of someone very special, and he selflessly gave his love and time until his last breath. Thank you, Mark for bringing joy to countless people and for teaching us all the importance of love and friendship.
