Maximino Casallo Bonicillo, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away in Seattle on October 27, 2024, at the age of 83. Born on May 29, 1941, in Alaminos, Pangasinan, Philippines, Max dedicated his life to serving others, notably as a proud veteran of the Coast Guard.
A longtime resident of Seattle, he embraced the community with warmth and generosity. Max is survived by his loving wife, Rolinda; his son, Romarx Bonicillo, and daughter-in-law Sandy; his daughter, Romalyn Bonicillo, and son-in-law Mark; as well as four cherished grandchildren. He also leaves behind his brother, Melquiades Bonicillo Jr., and a host of extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.
Max’s legacy of love, service, and dedication will continue to inspire those who knew him.
A Funeral Mass of burial will be held on Friday, November 8 at 11am; Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church 3218 W. Barrett St, Seattle. Burial following, Evergreen-Washelli Memorial Park. Reception to follow.
