The first person I knew with that beautiful name, and we remember the Beatles song of same. Grade school memories of a happy little girl with an easy laugh. When we were very young 

Hi Sweetie!
Sorry it took so long to write this to you but I had a nasty ordeal with double pneumonia shortly after your memorial, I got close to coming to see you, but it wasn't my time yet.

So I was so shocked when I read you had passed on. I told my wife Charlene that you were gone and she wanted me to tell her about it, but I couldn't even speak.
We had been such good friends since high school, and that carried on for several years, always picking each other up when we were down, you would call me and get me out on a weekend night so we could have some fun, and we always did!

You found a great guy married him! I remember Charlene and I hadn't married yet and we helped you guys out with your wedding,and a couple years later you were helping us at ours! A little while later you and Tim moved and I couldn't find you for a long time. Then almost 20 years later you called us up out of the blue! We were so happy to have found you once again! And now after only a few short years later, you are suddenly gone again and we will have to wait for our time to see you again.

I saw Stephanie and Patrick, they looked great, as well as your brothers Todd and Ken at your memorial, I didn't get to see Tim, sorry I missed him, it's been a long time. 
You had a lot of friends there too, we didn't know each other, but we all knew you, and we are all sure going to miss you.

Wow! I just saw a glimmer of an email that was sent to trash, retrieved it, and read of my dear friend's death. Though a horrible way to find out, I feel so blessed that I noticed this email and now know why I haven't heard from Michelle for awhile. I worked with Michelle as "partner's in crime" in clinics for those addicted to opiates - the same job she held in Seattle and me in Vancouver for many years. We hit it off from the start and truly loved each other, being the two "difficult blondes" that often asked too many questions and questioned too many things - you know, corporate stuff! We enjoyed a fabulous 3 days in San Francisco a few years ago and now how much more memoriable those days will hold for me. Michelle was a trooper, a lover of life. She laughed easily and was such a good daughter to her ailing mother. So many stories - but for now I will say, rest in peace, beautiful and full of life friend, and blessings to your mom, children and grandchildren.

Michelle I wouldn't know where to start with the memories! We have been friends since 1st or 2nd grade. So long ago I can't remember. You will be missed my friend. I could always count on a belly full of laughter when we talked. I can still remember Stephani and Patrick being born! You did a great job in raising the kids. They both have your wonderful sense of humor. I will see you on the other side my friend.

Thank you Michelle for your words of wisdom and your fantastic sense of humor! You always generously shared your love for your children and treated mine with love and care. You were a fun neighbor and great co-parent to our 4 wonderful kids. I will never forget your shock and nervous laughter when I brought you some marijuana to use, if needed, on your 1st go around with cancer.
Stephanie and her family and Patrick and Krystal are all testimonies to your valuable life well lived/I will see you later in heaven, oh yes and give David a huge hug for me!!!!
