Raised in San Francisco. Graduated in Business from the University of California, Berkeley.
Happily married to Burton S. Robbins (deceased 2007) for 56 years.
Survived by her three adoring children and their partners. Darryl (Jani Semke), Dawn (Steve Law) and Keith (Peggy Beulig), five grandchildren Zack (Ann Ishimaru) and Eli Semke, Rachel Jumago (Matt), Gabriel Law and Mona Eskayo and five great-grandchildren (Mika, Kai and Aki Semke and Juniper and Rowan Jumago).
Norita had many interests. She was a docent at the Seattle Art Museum, an avid bridge player at the Women’s University Club and played tennis at Central Park Tennis Club. She loved her projects: creating stationery, knitting, and needlepoint. And she was a devoted friend to many.
In her later years, she lived in Seattle’s Mirabella, where she made many friends and appreciated the care and devotion of the staff.
