He was born on March 26, 1930 in Malabon, Rizal, Philippines and had been a resident of Chicago, IL and Seattle WA for 50 years. Patrick was a Commercial Attache at the British Embassy in the Philippines before emigrating to the USA. Before he retired, he worked in the Admissions Office at Northwest Seattle Hospital. He was an active member of the Ronald United Methodist Church. He was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling with his wife Ofelia.
Patrick was preceded in death by his first wife, Naty Santos Pascual and his granddaughter Alexandra Festin Burd.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 26 years, Ofelia Cruz Pascual and his three children Rowena (Dan) Festin, Ronaldo and Russ. Patrick was also blessed with grandchildren Matthew Pascual, Andrew Festin and Cristina Hanus and great-grandchildren Emery, Caden, Penelope, Kendall, Cressida and Zinnia.
There will be no visitation and funeral arrangements will be private.
