I remember Paul from J&P, the quintessential corner grocery store in Wallingford one block from where I grew up in the 1960's. Whenever I pass by 37th & Wallingford I think of him. He was always the nicest guy in the world, looking out for the kids in the neighborhood. Never knew he was a bomber pilot! I'm sure he was too good a soul to brag, and probably figured it was just something he had to do for his country.
So happy to hear he had his time on Camano Island.
