Born November 7, 1920 in Houston, Texas. Passed away on March 21, 2001 in Coupeville, Washington. Polly lived in Ketchikan for many years. She spent the last 20 years in Seattle. She worked as a stewardess for the Alaska State Ferry System. She was an excellent cook, an avid gardener, and loved to fish. Devoted wife to Captain Harold Payne for 35 years, loving mother to Shawn O'Neill and his wife Colleen, Jeannie Brunnenkant and her husband Sig, Linda Payne-Stoltzfus and her husband Ernie, Marcy Waldo and her husband Dick, loving grandmother to Tami and Jay Michaelson, Tony Arnold, Scott Arnold and Josie Langendoerfer, Maria and Rem Sackmann, and Allen Waldo.
