My cousin Perla and i called each other twins when we were small children because we were born four days apart only, she on March 18, I on March 23. We played a lot during our growing up years, but I don’t remember that we quarrelled. She was always sweet and cheerful. This virtue she carried with her until our recent chat on messenger. She is also thoughtful, caring, and God-loving. I would miss her  “how are yous” on fb. Rest in the Lord, Perl. Till we meet again when Jesus fulfills his promise in John 14：2 & 3, He will come again and receive us unto himself . . .in the mansions that He is preparing. So, good bye means till we meet again.

Dearest Mama,

I miss you everyday, Mama. 
Thank you for all your Love, Care and Generosity. You are forever in my heart.
Memory of you, shall never pass away.
I love you, Mama. I miss you dearly.

Dear Perla,
It such a short time that we've known each other, but the memories we.ve shared will
remain forever in my heart.  I will miss your presence, our phone chats sometimes lasting
for more than an hour, talking about what we did when we were young.  Those chats ended
with laughter.  Tuesday, we were talking about coming to my place.  Friday, you were gone.

It is such a sudden and shocking experience for me.  I will  miss your smile, your comforting
words that make my day.  Rest in peace my dear friend. May God welcome you in Paradise.

Please accept our prayers and solidarity at the departure of sister Perla.   As the Washelli article has it, her faith was her fate.  As it should be such.  Just earlier this year, we communicated with her about having our mother and SMPG member Carmen be placed in her care.  So accepting, tender, and caring she was.

So we place Perla in our God's care. She would accept our flock come Christmas when we come, in red caps and bubbly moods, a-caroling in her seniors' facility.

A gentle hug for you, ate Lydia.  Whatever we are able to do, let us all breathe in our Catholic Faith that revealed then, and forever, Lydia's pearl of great price.  

And prize.

Dearest sister Perl,  You were always doing what we requested from you.  You
gave me a place in your Adult Family Home when I was  needing a place to stay
after I was discharged from the hospital.  Your caring ways  (preparing/serving meals
and  checking up on me)  made my  recovery  easy.  Within 15 stress free days, I was
able to go back home.   I thank God for having you as my sister.    I was hoping that 
we will still be together, enjoying our twilight years.  That I can always ask you to buy
me  those things that you faithfully brought to me.  I was not prepared for your sudden
passing and I will  miss our weekly phone chats, those bonds that were part of our
earthly life.  Most of all,  I will miss you, your little bits of wisdom and joy.  The Lord 
had other plans and took you away from this life to begin a new glorious life  for eternity.
     Rest in peace my dearest sister, until we meet again.   Your Ate Lydia.
