Phyllis Eva Low

Phyllis Eva Low born in Vancouver, B.C., November, 1924, deceased September 6, 2023. Predeceased by her parents May and Henry Eng, husband James Chuck Fung Low, and siblings Marjorie Chinn, Roger Eng, Ruby Wong and Clara Eng. Survived by her four children, brother, sister, four grandsons and three great-grandchildren. Phyllis worked with her husband at the family owned Chung Sun Café in Ballard for many years and with the VA Hospital on Beacon Hill until her retirement. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting while listening to and singing along with her favorite music of the 40’s and 50’s. She was also an avid Mah Jong player and was a long time Seattle Mariners fan.

There will be a private family burial.
